The Motion Pro manometer no longer comes with mercury as the fluid? I am just thinking up a game plan for when I get home. I could test if it is just the #2 carb by plugging the hose into a different carb, but I am at work. I am not sure if that is the correct flow path but it would explain the cold cylinder. Although the bowls fill, the #2 needle valve is not allowing enough fuel to enter the chamber so when I open the air plug it draws more suction from the manometer than the carb. The only problem with the engine is that the #2 cyl takes a long time to heat up. I have adjusted tappets, timing, carb cleaned, floats adjusted, chain tensioned already. Once the fluid rose to the top I pulled the hose. Instead of starting the bike with the hoses attached like the first time, I started the bike and then attached the hose. After the first fail I replaced the orings greased them up, and replaced the fluid. I checked the intake manifolds and there is no leak. Yes I know I should have bought the expensive Morgan tool but I hoped this would work the same as long as I followed the instructions.

The restrictors are in place and it sucks the fluid out of all four columns. I have the screws backed out all the way counter clockwise and the hose is attached to the #2 carb, choke off engine warm. I bought this manometer for my 77 750F and I can't figure out why it is sucking all of the fluid out.
